Observations of Resources Important to Your Dog

Resources

A good place to start your observations is to find out what is important to your dog.

ACTIVITY
Does your dog have one or more resources that are important to her? Is it food (which ones), toys (which ones), human interaction (what kind), environmental resources (sniffing, searching, playing with another dog, going for a walk or car ride)? Which specific ones?

How can you tell they are important to your dog? What specific behaviors accompany high value resources?

Share these in the comments section below.

At the end of the week, look closer and try to prioritize your list of resources.
Which is most important, which is least, to your dog?
These are things that you can use to reinforce behaviors you like in training.
